Return & Refund Policy

Returns: You may initiate a return within thirty (30) days from the date when the carrier’s system confirms the successful delivery of your order. To request a return, please contact our customer contact at contact@craftinasia.com within 30 days. Any claims made after this 30-day period will not be accepted.

Return/Refund Policy Conditions:

  • The product must be purchased from our official store, and you will be required to provide proof of purchase, such as a transaction invoice or shipping label, along with contacting images.
  • Our return/refund policy applies only to incorrect, damaged, or defective products.
  • All items must be returned in their original condition, which includes being new, unworn, or unused, and in their original packaging, including packaging materials, blanked warranty card, booklet, and any accessories (if applicable).

We will not accept return/exchange requests in the following cases:

  • Change of decision.
  • Use of the product.
  • Missing attached accessories.
  • Correct size/color as per the original order.
  • The product was an attached gift.

Please note that all return requests must be approved by our store representative.

Exchange Policy Conditions: If we have shipped the correct item(s) or variant(s) as per your order, but they arrived damaged, our store will assist you in exchanging them for other items. You will be responsible for resending the item(s) and paying the associated shipping fee, which will depend on your shipping location.

Refund Refusal: Despite our commitment to providing the best value to our customers, we cannot accept return/refund requests in the following situations:

  • We sent you the correct item with the correct size and variant.
  • You declined to follow our return instructions and did not provide us with the requested information.
  • The item was a free gift included with your purchase.

Return/Refund Instruction: Upon receiving your item, you may send a return/refund request to our customer contact email at contact@craftinasia.com within 30 days of receiving the package. Your email should include the shipping label and photos or videos providing proof of the incorrect/defective/damaged item.

Please note that we will not accept cases where customers return goods independently without our store’s guidance and approval.

If both parties reach an agreement, the return package should be shipped via a recommended shipping agency (e.g., USPS or UPS) with a tracking number. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee. We will not be liable if the package is lost or damaged during its return journey. After receiving the package and verifying that it meets all the conditions mentioned above, we will initiate a refund to your account within the next 3-5 working days. Please be aware that the shipping fee will not be refunded.

Refund Method (If Applicable): We will refund any received money using the same method employed for the original payment, provided that the payment card is available. The refund process may take 3-5 working days. If you do not receive the refund within this timeframe, please contact us at contact@craftinasia.com for prompt assistance.

Cancellation: Should you wish to cancel your order after purchase, please note the following:

  • Cancellation within 24 hours: You will receive a full refund of your order value.
  • Cancellation between 24-72 hours: A 30% charge of your total order value will apply to cover stocking, processing, and transaction fees on the Payment Gateway.
  • Cancellation after 3 days: Unfortunately, we cannot accept your cancellation request as your order is already in the processing phase.

Order Revision: For any changes in the shipping address or product variant (including size and color), please contact us via email at contact@craftinasia.com within 12 hours. Our customer contact team will be ready to assist you in updating your order.

Should you decide to change the variant of your ordered item, please inform us of the following:

  • If the new order has the same price as the old order, we will help you update it in our system.
  • If the new order has a lower price than the old order, we will update it in our system and refund the remaining amount to your account within 3-5 days (depending on your bank).
  • If the new order has a higher price than the old order, we will cancel your previous order and issue a discount code for the same amount as your previous order so that you can place a new order.
